| For $29.98 + tax ($32.38) you can open a
prepaid account. This entitles you to an 18% discount on
all movies, and you need not remember to bring money
when you come to the store, all charges are simply deducted
from the account! |

- Late fees:
- Late fees are assessed on all
movies out past the due date. When a movie becomes 30 days or
more late, the account is sent to an outside accounts person.
If you pay the late charges when the movie is returned, the
late fees will be cut in half.
- Bounced checks:
- Bounced checks happen to
the best of us. The bank charges us $5.00, and that is all
we request back. If the check is not made good within 7
days, it is sent to collection. If that happens, we will ask for 3 times the
amount on the check, or $100.00, whichever is more.
- **Lost or Damaged Movies:

If a movie is lost or damaged, the account will be assessed full late
charges plus the replacement cost of the movie! The replacement cost
is either the cost noted above, or the true replacement cost whichever
is higher! Some movies are out of print and can cost several hundred
dollars. The replacement cost for New Release VHS seems high, but
reflects the amount the store must pay for each new tape!
